Holly Ferguson is a mother who understands, firsthand, how quickly life can change after the loss of a partner. After the passing of her husband, Holly found herself navigating grief while raising her son on her own—learning how to carry heartbreak, responsibility, and love all at once. In those early days, she searched not only for answers, but for a deeper sense of support, stability, and belonging for both herself and her child.
With a professional background in real estate and a deep commitment to community-centered healing, Holly became acutely aware of the unique challenges families face during major life transitions—especially those who have lost a primary caregiver. Beyond the emotional toll of grief, families often experience disruption in housing, finances, routines, and identity. Holly’s lived experience gave her a clear understanding that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in environments rooted in compassion, connection, and shared understanding.
This realization led to the creation of Healing Haven Living—a vision and growing community designed to support grieving families as they navigate life after loss.
Healing Haven Living focuses on creating intentional spaces where solo parents and primary caregivers feel supported, children are guided in developing emotional awareness and resilience, and families are reminded that they do not have to carry everything alone.
As part of her own healing journey, Holly also felt called to put her experience into words. She is the author of Life, Love, & Loss, a heart-centered book that gently guides readers through grief, personal transformation, and the process of rebuilding life after heartbreak. The book offers permission to feel, space to reflect, and tools to begin healing—serving as a companion for those walking through loss, parenting through grief, or supporting someone they love.
Holly believes that while loss can reshape life, it does not eliminate the possibility of hope. Through community, intention, education, and compassion, she is dedicated to helping families feel seen, supported, and empowered to build something meaningful together—one step at a time.
